I like the combination of the Real Red with the Soft Suede in this card and using a layer of the In Good Taste DSP ties in the wood frame too.

This month’s class in a bag is now available to order. For more information check out the class page

Today’s project from the Pinkies’ Weekend Retreat is this tin and 7-page mini album designed by Pinkies Team Leader Michelle Last. Check out her blog over at https://www.michellelast.co.uk/

I really enjoyed this project, deciding how to decorate it and what papers to use.  I fell in love with the Boho Indigo Product Medley refill kit.   button_see-it-here

Tomorrow will be the final project I will be bringing you from the Pinkies Weekend Retreat.

Until next time, happy crafting

Tasteful labels

This suite makes it so easy to make a masculine card.  The Designer Series Papers with all the wood, tile and textile effects make it that little bit different.

As promised, I have one of the projects that we created at the Weekend at the Pinkies Virtual Retreat. This one was designed by the very talented Martin Stone, check out his website at https://martinsmayhem.co.uk/

Ink blending technique

I had so much fun with this ink blending technique that I then went on to make the green card. My technique needs a little refining (I ended up covered in ink) 😆, which is fine by me as I think a card done in all the Stampin’ Up! colours would be an afternoon well spent.

Tomorrow, I will bring you another retreat project.

Until next time, happy crafting
