I am sorry to say that these cute creatures will be leaving us next month when the current annual catalogue ends, but the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper will be carrying over into the new catalogue. The brilliant textured paper has been great for making both masculine and feminine cards, so I am happy it is staying.

If you like animal stamps or make a lot of cards for children, then the new catalogue coming in May has lots of great stamp sets for you. If you would like a catalogue, contact me.
This being the Easter weekend, I decided I would share my Easter cards for the lovely people at my Church with you. For this project I used two stamp sets. His Love which has the beautiful cross, is from the annual catalogue and unfortunately is retiring when the catalogue ends in May. The other set is Gift of Hope from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalogue and has the great verse from Matthew 28:6, He is not here for he has risen.
Gift of Hope – January-June Mini Catalogue page
Card Base 8 1/4″ x 5 7/8″ scored and folded on the long edge at 4 1/8″
1st layer – Basic White Cardstock 5 5/8″ x 3 7/8″
Inside layer – Basic White Cardstock 5 5/8″ x 3 7/8″
Cross – Basic White Cardstock 3 1/2″ x 2 1/2″
cross was stamped with Versamark, covered in Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and set with a heat tool.
I then fussy cut the cross.
The rhinestones were coloured with Stampin’ Blends and left to dry.
I found that the Seaside Spray and Purple Posy Blends were a bit light for my liking, so used Night of Navy and Highland Heather instead.
On the front of the cardstock you need to make sure that you have the He Lives! and flowers stamped low enough that the cross will fit on card front.
If you do not own the Purple Posy inkpad as it was discontinued, you can replace it with Highland Heather
I am so sad that these 2019-2021 in-colours will be retiring in May, but we have some great new colours coming for the 2021-2023 In-colours.
Don’t forget stocks of retiring products are whilst stock last, so don’t miss out. You can visit my shop to see what is retiring soon.
Love this combination of blues and greens. This set is one that is being carried over into the new catalogue which I am glad about, it is a nice set for both masculine and feminine cards and is good for colouring with the Stampin’ Blends

My extended family are dotted around the South of England and with the current situation we have not been able to see them. My eldest daughter, Anastacia, lives 169 miles away in the South West of England and I haven’t seen her in nearly a year and one of my sisters who lives around the corner got stuck in The Canary Isles for quite a while. Anastacia decided that even if we couldn’t all see each other that we could still have some fun together. She set up a family challenge page where a different member of the family sets a challenge each week. There are 13 of us taking part with various ages from 71 down to 11 we have had a variety of different challenges including writing a family anthem, short story, building a house, movie poster and edible craft and the entries have been creative and varied. It was one of the challenges that inspired me to make this project. Ho

We have a new catalogue coming in May, which means we will be saying a sad goodbye to some of our favourite items including the 2019-2021 In-colours, Roccoco Rose, Purple Posy, Terracotta Tile, Seaside Spray and Pretty Peacock. But fear not, there are lots more exciting things coming in the new catalogue. Don’t forget that some of the bundles that are in the current catalogue will be in the new catalogue, but no longer at the 10% bundle discount, so make sure you get those discounted whilst you can.
