Free as a Bird Blended Background

Free as a Bird Colour blended

I’ve got the brayer and inks again, this time to make a background for the trees. Free as a bird seemed like the best fit for this card out of the sets I have, but I think the new set Birds and Branches would work really well.

Lighthouse Thanks Card

Lighthouse thanks card

This was my favourite set from last year’s annual catalogue and was carried over into the new catalogue. I have used the new in-colour Misty Moonlight. Love the way the lighthouse fit into the die from the Tasteful labels dies.

My final project that I am sharing from the Pinkies’ Weekend retreat is a Diorama card with removable room décor designed by Pinkies Team Leader,  Michelle Last. You can find her over at https://www.michellelast.co.uk/

I think this is such a lovely idea and very simple to make.

This month’s class in a bag is now available to order. For more information check out the class page

Tomorrow I will be sharing my swaps from the Pootlers Team’s Annual Catalogue swap.

Until next time, happy crafting

Tasteful labels Card

Tasteful labels

This suite makes it so easy to make a masculine card.  The Designer Series Papers with all the wood, tile and textile effects make it that little bit different.

As promised, I have one of the projects that we created at the Weekend at the Pinkies Virtual Retreat. This one was designed by the very talented Martin Stone, check out his website at https://martinsmayhem.co.uk/

Ink blending technique

I had so much fun with this ink blending technique that I then went on to make the green card. My technique needs a little refining (I ended up covered in ink) 😆, which is fine by me as I think a card done in all the Stampin’ Up! colours would be an afternoon well spent.

Tomorrow, I will bring you another retreat project.

Until next time, happy crafting
