These were quite popular at the fairs I did last year and also amongst my son’s friends at school. They are a nice simple stocking filler.
Cut straight across the pillow box just underneath the score line of the box closure.
The bit you have cut off will be your handle.
Attach the handle to the back of your pillow box, as shown in the picture.
Die Cut a Mug and a poinsettia flower.
Stamp and punch out your sentiment.
Colour in the flower using Stampin’ Blends or watercolour pencils and a blender pen.
Ad some colour around the edge of your stamped sentiment with Stampin’ Blends.
Attach some ribbon to the front of your die cut mug and add the poinsettia flower.
Using Stampin’ dimensionals, add the decoration to the front of your pillow box.
Add your hot chocolate sachet, marshmallows and candy cane to your pillow box.
As an alternative you could use a sachet of coffee, some sachets of sugar and a biscuit.
I love Christmas and as we come into the fair season, I will bring you some more projects that are simple and easy to make for gifts and decorations.
Until next time, happy crafting
