Beauty & Joy Card

Beauty & Joy Card

This set is one that I overlooked in the Holiday catalogue, but our lovely Pootlers Team Leader, Sam Hammond Donald (www.pootles.co.uk) gave us a copy for a project we did at our recent team retreat and I love it. I will add pictures of the projects we made at the retreat with it at the end 🙂

Colour the ribbon and pearls with the co-ordinating Stampin’ Blends and set to one side to dry.

Stamp the front of your card, starting with the tree near the top centre of your front layer.in Old Olive, the trunk in soft suede stamped off for a more subtle shade, The plant pot in crumb cake. Stamp the flowers in Bermuda Bay, stamping off so they are not so dark.

Stamp the sentiment slightly to the side of the plant pot.

Now we can assemble our card.
Glue the inside layer into your card.
Affix the ribbon to the front layer of your card using tear & Tape.
Then, glue your card front on.
Finish with your pearl embellishments.

As promised here are the cards we made at the Team retreat. You can find the instructions on how to make these on Sam’s Blog and YouTube channel.
