Infinity Card

Infinity Card
One of the other projects we did at our craft day was an Infinity Card. They decorated it using the Vibrant Vases stamp set that we had included in their goodie bag.

4 Pieces of Soft sea foam or Pear Pizazz Cardstock 6” x 3”
8 pieces of Garden Lane DSP 2 ¾” x 2 ¾”
8 pieces of Garden Lane DSP 2 ¾” x 1 ¼”
8 pieces of Garden Lane DSP 1 ¼” x 1 ¼”
Scraps of coloured and White Card Stock

On the 6” side of your cardstock score a 1 ½” and 4 ½”. Turn he cardstock over and go over your scorelines on the other side, so he cardstock bends easily in both directions. Burnish your scorelines in both directions.

infinity card instruction

Lay two of your pieces of cardstock one above the other in Landscape. Then, in the narrow ½” margin on each side, measure down 3” and make a small pencil mark.
In the areas marked with an X on the image add some tear and tape.
Make sure the two pieces of cardstock are sat snuggly together and the lay the remaining two pieces of cardstock side by side in portrait, attaching them to the landscape cardstock by the tear and tape.
So you should have four pieces of cardstock all attached together by the outside corners.
You should now be able to go through the different sections of your infinity card. If it catches, you may need to trim a small bit off.
Infinity Card front
You can now decorate it. Stamp out the images and punch out. Some of the images I don’t fussy-cut, but found I really enjoyed doing the flowers for this card.
Stamp your sentiment and punch it out.

The ladies who attended the class who hadn’t made one before were amazed at how simple they were to make and how effective they were. Let me know if this has inspired you to try one and show me how it worked out
Until next time, happy crafting
