I am using my favourite stamp set today, Painted Seasons. I will be so sad when Sale-a-bration is over and it retires. I have seen several versions of this card all over the internet. so have no idea who to credit, but it is a very effective technique.
Card Base 8 1/4″ x 5 7/8″
Layer1 – Whisper White 5 3/4″ x 4″
Layer 2 – Lovely Lipstick 5 1/2″ x 3 3/4″
Layer 3 – Whisper White 5 1/4″ x 3 1/2″
Layer 4 – Lovely Lipstick 5″ x 3 1/4
Layer 5 – Whisper White 4 3/4″ x 3″
Inside layer – 5 5/8″ x 3 7/8″
Stamp your flower on your inside layer and set to one side.
Stamp your flower on the bottom left-hand side of your envelope
Stamp the fern on the flap at the back of your envelope.
Take your Whisper White layers and put some glue on the back. Take off some of the stickiness and layer them together. Randomly stamp your flower, fern and dots all over, ensuring that some stamp over the edge.
Separate your white layers and affix them to the corresponding coloured layers.
Stamp your sentiment and punch it out.
Now we can assemble our card.
Glue the inside layer in and them build up your front layers.
Finally attach your sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I hope you like this project as much as I do.
