Wanted to make a box without casing for a change, so decided to have a play with the envelope punch board and it worked 🙂
Everything you need to make this project can be ordered from my shop in the links below.
6″ x 6″ Designer series paper
8 1/4″ x 1 3/4″ Lovely lipstick Cardstock
8 1/4″ x 1 1/2″ Vellum
Scraps of whisper White and Lovely Lipstick Cardstock
Using the envelope punch board, punch and score at 2″ and 4″ on all four sides.
Cut down either side of the two smaller triangles as shown by the black lines in the diagram.
Affix tape to the flaps you have just created and form your box. Set to one side.
In the centre of the vellum, brush with the embossing buddy and stamp your sentiment in Versamark, cover with white embossing powder and set with the heat tool.
Put a little multipurpose liquid glue on the silicone mat. dip your sponge into the glue and wipe off excess. Sponge the glue sparingly round the edges of your vellum and the affix it to the strip of Lovely Lipstick Cardstock.
Wrap your strips around your box and pinch it to form a belly band, trim and tape it.
Cut out the two smallest stitched hearts and affix to your belly band.
Fill with faux rose petals or shredded paper and add chocolate hearts.
